ABOUT

Pōhāhā I Ka Lani has been offering educational programs for the past 23 in and above Waipiʻo Valley. Through our stewardship programs, we have been teaching and guiding many on how to grow food along with reforest areas with native, endemic and beneficial plants/trees. With these efforts, we are able to provide produce to those in need and send home school children with produce that they grew.

ABOUT

ABOUT

The Salvation Army's Hilo Temple Corps Community Center serves the people of Hawaii residing on the eastern side of the Big Island of Hawai'i. In addition to Hilo Corps' function as a church, it provides emergency assistance to families needing help including food, emergency services and clothing vouchers.

ABOUT

Project Hawai’i, Inc. provides services to over 1,600 individual homeless children annually across the islands of O'ahu, Maui and the Big Island of Hawai'i. The nonprofit strives to change the lives of children by providing a sense of stability through interactive programs, including educational summer camps, holiday events, school support, and educational training. Additionally, the nonprofit provides monthly outreach support to assure that children are supplied with healthy meals, personal hygiene care, and emergency services.

ABOUT

At Neighborhood Place of Puna, we believe that every family should have access to the resources and support they need to thrive, to raise their children in a safe, stable, and nurturing home.

We are striving to create a non-stigmatizing way to provide families with underage children a variety of resources and supports.
